January 22, 2025: Freezing temperatures have been the norm this January. Last night, we got snow!

Building the House

We made the decision to move forward with our new home in the summer of 2021. Interest rates were low and the Del Webb community was booming with construction.

At the time, we had to choose from an entirely different selection of home designs than exist now. We wanted a large home whose secondary bedrooms could all accommodate king-sized beds. Denise and Katie did the work to decide upon the TANGERLY OAK, a three-bedroom home comprising 2,565 sf of space.

Building began in August 2021 and we closed on the home January 29, 2022!
